For every successful referral of a new customer who places their first order in our online shop, you will receive 5% of the order value as cashback credited to your own account for the first order and all repeat orders for 2 years. And the best part: the more customers you refer, the more cashback you receive – meaning you can save up to 100% of your own monthly food costs. The new customers you refer will receive a 10% discount on their first order in our online shop using your personal code. Through this discount, the customers you refer will be assigned to your customer account in our system.
Here’s how it works:
1. Sign up for the cashback program
In your customer account under "Cashback" you can register for the program by providing a self-chosen cashback code (e.g. your FIRSTNAME-LASTNAME). After a prompt review by us, you will be activated and receive confirmation by email. From that point, your code will be visible in your customer account.
2. Share your code
Share the code with friends, family, colleagues, neighbors who have a dog, or on social media. You can find your personal code at any time in your cashback area in your customer account. Alternatively, you can also share your cashback link.
3. Order with discount
Your friends enter the code with their first order and receive a one-time 10% discount. If the referred person visits the site via your cashback link, the discount is applied automatically without the need to enter the voucher code.
4. You benefit permanently
You will receive 5% cashback on the value* of all orders placed by the referred person(s) – for a full 24 months.
In your customer account under the "Cashback" tab, you can see at any time:
- How many orders have been placed with your code
- How much commission you have collected in total
- How much credit is currently available

How do I get my personal referral code?

What happens if the referred contact forgets to enter the code?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign the code retrospectively. Please remind your contacts to use the code directly at checkout. If you have shared the link, the order must be placed via this link – you can tell because the discount will be applied automatically.
What happens in the event of cancellations or returns?
If an order is fully canceled or returned, no commission will be granted. For partial returns, the commission will be calculated proportionally.
How long is my credit valid for?
Your credit does not expire as long as your customer account is active.
Can I have my credit balance paid out?
No. Your commission is credited exclusively as a discount in kind in the form of a voucher, which you can redeem on your next order.
What happens when my referred contact signs up for a subscription?
Even in this case, you will receive 5% commission on all subscription orders of this person – for the entire period of two years from the first order.
Can I use my credit for subscription orders?
No, this is technically not possible. If you have an active subscription and want to redeem cashback, you can pause a subscription order and place a regular order.
Can I combine multiple vouchers?
The referral voucher (10%) cannot be combined with other discount codes. Your personal cashback balance is collected independently and can be redeemed at any time (excluding subscription orders).
Can I also make recommendations offline?
Of course. You can also print your code and share it personally – the only important thing is that it is entered correctly during online checkout.
