Right of Withdrawal for Goods
For contracts concerning the delivery of goods, the customer has the following right of withdrawal:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, if you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered a good that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;
If several of the above alternatives apply, the withdrawal period only begins when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good or the last partial shipment or the last piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Dog's Heaven GmbH, Seitzstraße 18 RG, 80538 Munich, Germany, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods which - are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded. This applies in particular to our refrigerated products.
